Website visits and hosting
The website and contact email use infrastructure provided by Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. Technical data such as IP address, access time, requested URL and browser information are processed to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure and reliable operation. This website uses no analytics tools, marketing cookies or external fonts.
Contact enquiries
Your name, email, topic, message and optional company are used only to handle your enquiry. Contract-related enquiries are based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and other business enquiries on Article 6(1)(f); our legitimate interest is responding to your message. The required acknowledgement confirms that you have read this notice and does not grant consent to advertising.
Delivery, recipients and retention
The form sends your enquiry over an encrypted SMTP connection to info@work-laight.com. Hetzner provides hosting and email transport. We do not disclose data for advertising. The website creates no additional enquiry database. We retain correspondence while needed to handle the enquiry, maintain the business relationship, meet legal retention requirements or establish or defend legal claims. It is then deleted.
Abuse prevention
The contact backend processes your IP address in memory for no more than 15 minutes to limit submission attempts. The proxy sets the visitor IP; information from untrusted sources is ignored. No external CAPTCHA is used and the contact backend does not log message contents. Operational and security data are processed only for their relevant technical purpose.
Your rights
Subject to applicable legal conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object for reasons relating to your particular situation. Contact info@work-laight.com. You may also complain to a data protection authority, particularly the Croatian AZOP (azop.hr). We make no automated decisions about you.
